Early Career Teachers
We are proud to support new teachers in their first two years of teaching with high quality professional development.
We deliver the DfE's fully-funded Early Career Framework (ECF) in partnership with Teach First with their 'Outstanding' ECF programme.
What's the Early Career Framework?
The Early Career Framework provides a two-year package for Early Career Teachers and their mentors. It is supported and fully funded by the Department for Education.
Delivered through a mix of face-to-face and online modules, the programme is structured to help Early Career Teachers integrate theory, practice and feedback.
