We are excited to be working in partnership with Teach First to bring this high-quality programme to your community.
For 2024/25 we are recruiting trainees for Primary, English, Maths, Biology, Geography and History.
Our school-centred teacher training will bring added capacity to your school and equip your trainees with the expertise to make a difference to your pupils.

What can this programme do for my school?
The Northamptonshire TSH's SCITT combines our local expertise in training delivery with Teach First’s long-standing national teacher development experience.
Teach First have 20 years’ experience as the largest initial teacher training provider in the country, and they’ve have worked with a range of educational experts and school leaders to develop this research-led programme.
Together, we can provide you with trainee teachers who will make a positive impact in your school straight away.

- A trainee who will be with you for most of the year, adding capacity to your school
- Evidence/research-led training for your trainee created by experts in teaching and teacher development
