If you're looking to give us feedback or to make a complaint, we want to hear from you in order that your concerns can be resolved.
Addressing concerns informally
- It is expected that the majority of concerns may be resolved informally through the opportunity to discuss your concern with an appropriate member of TSH staff (please see general contact information above).
- Where a resolution cannot be found through an informal discussion through email or phone call conversations within a two-week period, we would then direct you to the formal complaints procedure below.

The Teaching School Hub Partnerships Manager will confirm receipt of your complaint within 3 working days and will provide a response to seek a resolution within 15 working days.
